Last year my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. As you can imagine, it's not news we wanted to hear. Through it all we still remain a positive and strong family.
My mother has now finished all her treatments and beat her cancer. She is currently in recovery and more alive than ever.
As a family we have become closer and aware that this disease can affect anyone. So I decided to come back from Quebec to be with my parents here in Val-d’Or to start a clothing brand.
I've been working all year to learn how to design and customize a clothing brand that will allow me to raise funds and donate to a breast cancer organization. My mother will also be joining this project and will help grow this beautiful brand.
Last October 9th, I was excited to distribute 50 T-shirts and show people the quality of the clothes we will be selling soon. I have never felt so happy to give back to my community. The support I received has been amazing
